Is the price listed final?
The price listed is final and includes accommodation and all Mazurska Arkadia amenities.
Are there any additional fees for final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, parking, or tourist tax?
The only additional cost, payable in cash on site, is the local tax of PLN 2.17 per person per day.
What are the deposit terms and when is the balance due?
A 30% reservation fee is required to reserve the apartment, with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After this time, the reservation fee is transferred to another date.
Is a refundable security deposit required?
No, we do not charge a security deposit.
How fully equipped is the kitchen?
The kitchens are fully equipped, and guests have access to an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots, dishes, and glassware.
Can I book meals with you?
We don’t serve meals, but our kitchens are fully equipped and ready to cook any meal.
We also have a wood-burning grill and a fire pit, which are very popular.
But if you don’t feel like cooking, 5 km away in Stare Juchy, there’s a bar serving delicious home-cooked food and the Gościniec na Wzgórzu restaurant, which our guests frequently visit. We can also recommend other restaurants.
Can I buy organic produce from you?
Yes, you can buy eggs, milk, honey, jams, juices, pickled cucumbers, and other local preserves. You can also visit the shop of local, organic farmers, where you can order cheeses, cold cuts, breads, cakes, pierogi, and other preserves.
Where can I buy vegetables and fruit?
We have an organic vegetable garden for our guests, where you can pick fresh chives, lettuce, carrots, and much more, depending on the date of your stay. If you’re looking for more vegetables, we invite you to the local markets: on Sundays in Ełk and on Thursdays in Wydminy.
Are bed linen and towels included in the price? How often are they changed for longer stays?
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. They are changed weekly on Saturdays. More frequent changes are available upon request for an additional fee.
Is there air conditioning/heating?
The apartments have underfloor heating and radiators, and some have fireplaces in the form of a woodstove. The apartments do not have air conditioning.
What is the bathroom like – shower/bathtub, hairdryer?
Each bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The bathroom also includes a heater, hairdryer, soap, shower gel, and body lotion.
Is there Wi-Fi, and what's the coverage?
The apartments have Wi-Fi for guests. The coverage allows for remote work.
How many apartments are there?
Mazurska Arkadia has four apartments for 4, 5, and 6 people.
How far is it to the beach and lake?
Our private beach and pier on Lake Szóstak are 400 meters from the apartment.
How far is it to shops and restaurants?
The nearest shops and restaurants are in Stare Juchy, 5 km away.
Does each apartment have a balcony?
The Bocian and Czapla apartments on the ground floor have terraces, while the Kormoran and Żuraw apartments on the first floor have balconies.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, we have free parking.
How does check-in work?
We are on-site and welcome guests personally to show you around Arkadia.
What are the check-in/check-out times? Can I arrive early or leave later, and how much does it cost?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or departures are discussed individually, depending on apartment availability.
Can I bring children? Are there cribs or high chairs available?
Yes, of course – we cater to families with children and provide all necessary equipment upon request. We offer travel cots, high chairs, toilet seats, chamber pots, bathtubs, and plastic dishes.
Can I bring a dog, cat, or other pet?
Unfortunately, we are not prepared to accommodate guests with pets.
Is smoking prohibited?
Yes, smoking is prohibited in all areas.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Is the resort fenced?
Yes, the entire resort is fenced.
Can friends or family visit us?
Yes, of course. We do not mind occasional visits from outsiders. We simply want to ensure that they do not disturb the comfort of our other guests.
What is the cleaning schedule like for long-term stays?
We clean apartments every Saturday. Upon request, we can also clean apartments during the week for an additional fee.
