For stays longer than one week, we offer a 5% discount on list prices.
We are delighted that our Guests return, so we offer our regular Guests a 10% discount on each subsequent stay.
The price includes:
- Sailing boats: Haker 530 (equivalent to Omega), Finn, Laser, and “420stka” racing sailboats, Delta (equivalent to Optimist)
- SUP boards, pedal boats, kayaks, fishing boat, life jackets
- Bicycles with child seats and helmets
- Archery
- Sports courts for soccer, beach volleyball, and basketball, as well as a badminton court
- A recreation room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, board games, games and puzzles, as well as toys and blocks for younger children
- A library for children and teenagers, and a separate library for adults
- A travel cot and highchair, and all children’s amenities – upon request
- Use of the organic vegetable garden: vegetables, fruit, and herbs
- Internet access
- Free parking spaces in the unguarded parking lot
- Unguarded bicycle parking
- Final apartment cleaning
Mazurska Arkadia is a seasonal resort and operates from the beginning of May to the end of September.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Extended check-in times are possible upon prior arrangement, subject to availability.
Apartments are rented for 7-day stays from Saturday to Saturday during the high season (school holidays).
In the spring and autumn seasons, minimum 2-day stays are negotiated individually.
Apartments are not suitable for guests traveling with pets.
Smoking is prohibited in the buildings.
Terms of reservation:
- A preliminary reservation is made via email, phone, or online through our reservation system and is confirmed only upon receipt of a reservation fee of 30% of the apartment rental price.
- The remaining 70% of the apartment rental price is payable by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival.
- If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the planned stay, the reservation fee is refundable if the date is booked. If the apartment is not booked, the date may be transferred to another date within the current calendar year.
As of June 1, 2023, pursuant to Resolution No. XLV.292.2023 of the Stare Juchy Commune Council of March 30, 2023, we are required to collect a local tax of PLN 2.17 per person per night in cash.
