The price includes:

• use of all water equipment – sailboats, including regatta sailboats, pedal boats, canoes, fishing boat, life jackets
• use of all sports equipment – bicycles with child seats and helmets, badminton and ping-pong rackets, balls, boules, bows
• travel cot and high chair and all the amenities for children – on request
• use of the organic vegetable garden
• Internet access
• parking spaces in an unguarded car park

Terms of reservation:

• pre-booking is made by e-mail, telephone or online through our reservation system
• pre-booking is valid for 2 days
• the reservation is confirmed only after receiving the payment of the reservation fee in the amount of 30% of the rental price of the apartment chosen by you; please pay by bank transfer to the indicated bank account
• if the reservation fee is not paid within 2 days, the initial reservation will be canceled
• the remaining 70% of the holiday apartment rental price payable by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival
• in the event of cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days before the start of the planned stay, the paid reservation fee is not refundable
